An annual natural wine festival celebrating independent producers, 2015–2019.

Soulfor Wine was an annual natural wine festival celebrating organic and preservative-free wine through tastings from esteemed producers, food from highly regarded chefs and curated music. Taking place in a different Melbourne location each year — the Collingwood Arts Precinct, The Meat Market and Abbotsford Convent — the event ran from 2015 to 2019.

As part of the original team that conceived the event, I worked across permitting, kitchen logistics and experience design: obtaining council, food and liquor permits; overseeing temporary on-site and off-site prep kitchens; designing workable food offerings in collaboration with the chefs; coordinating bar and kitchen staff; and implementing zero-waste management protocols.
