An interactive food & wine trading floor inside Melbourne Town Hall.
The Stock Exchange reimagined Melbourne Town Hall as a live food and wine trading floor during RISING Festival 2021.
Presented as part of the Town Hall concept dining strand, the event used fluctuating menu mechanics and live audience participation to blend hospitality, theatre and social satire into a single, highly animated public experience. The concept was designed to reach beyond the typical fine-dining audience and create something genuinely unpredictable.
