Late Night Yum Cha was a ticketed late-night dining event staged inside Melbourne Town Hall during RISING Festival 2021.
The project sat at the intersection of hospitality, nightlife and cultural programming — transforming a civic hall into a late-night eating environment where the social and the theatrical were inseparable. It was one of several events under the RISING concept dining strand at the Town Hall, developed to position Melbourne's dining community within the festival's broader arts program.
